With the expecting woman sharing her joyful news, we revisit Tressa’s sad loss and the events that befell the other youngest parents in Britain.
When Tressa’s pregnancy became known at the age of eleven, it was assumed that it was the result of an alcohol-related event.
Tressa was born into a tumultuous home where her mother battled addiction, and she gave birth shortly after completing primary school.
The young mother struggled with alcoholism and cigarette addiction two years after giving birth, which led to the removal of her kid from her care and placement for adoption.
Up until 2009, when the young mother lost it and reported that her older brother Jason had sexually molested her, the father’s name was kept a secret.
In 2009, Jason, 34, was found guilty of sexually assaulting the lady beginning when she was seven years old. As a result, he was given a four-year jail term. All of this resulted from DNA evidence.
In 2011, Tressa told the Daily Mail that “sometimes he bribed me to do it, or blackmailed me.”
He would promise to tell his mother. He would offer me drinks, cigarettes, and marijuana. He could also threaten me.
Ever since, Tressa has fought to rebuild her life and kick her heroin addiction, which was costing her £400 a day.
She is now expecting their third child with boyfriend Darren Young.
UK’s newest youngest mother
Tressa held the title of youngest mother in Britain for fifteen years. But according to The Sun, an 11-year-old was said to have given birth in 2021.
The child, who asked to remain nameless for legal reasons, was s*****y attacked when she was 10 years old.
The horrific incident was not known to her family, and social services investigated the situation at the time.
An acquaintance of the family told The Sun in 2021, “It has come as a big shock.”
“Expert assistance is currently being provided to her. What matters most is that she and the child are doing well.

When it was revealed that 13-year-old Alfie Patten would become a father, the story went global.
Even David Cameron, the prime minister at the time, shared his opinions on the 2009 case, in which it was claimed the father had fathered a kid before he was old enough to purchase party poppers.
“I just thought how worrying that children are having children in Britain today,” the leader of the Conservative Party said at the time.
During a sleepover in Lower Dicker, East Sussex, at the age of twelve, Alfie had sex with his then-girlfriend Chantelle Steadman, who was fifteen at the time, and he thought he had gotten her pregnant.
But a DNA test six weeks after Maisie’s birth showed he wasn’t her biological father. Tyler Barker, 14, was subsequently revealed to be the child’s real father.
“I was devastated,” Alfie said to The Sun in 2014. It was just too much to process. I seldom left my room and wept for days.
“To make matters worse, Chantelle and her family moved away as soon as they learned I wasn’t the father, so I never saw Maisie again.
“I was incapable of facing any action. I was unable to attend class. I believed that the world had ended.
In 2019, Alfie was unemployed, battling alcoholism, and facing legal troubles.
When he crashed automobiles and was found guilty of criminal damage, he was already serving a suspended sentence for stealing, shoplifting, and having an imitation handgun.
According to the Daily Mail, he and his mother were kicked out of their home in March 2021 for allegedly selling drugs.
The youngest father in the UK
Before Alfie’s case in 1998, Sean Stewart was believed to be the youngest father in Britain.
At the age of eleven, he got pregnant with his next-door neighbor, Emma Webster, who was fifteen years old.
Sean’s son Ben Louis was born a month after he turned twelve, and he was then given a day off from school.
The two were living next door in the Bedfordshire hamlet of Sharnbrook when they began dating.
It was rumored at the time that Sean would scale the roof to visit Emma.
“He said he was 12, I would never have gone out with him if I had known he was 11,” she said at the time to The Sunday Telegraph.
After that, Emma remarried and moved into a £200,000 home.
Sean attended his local school for a while before moving out of Bedfordshire during his early teenage years.
According to the Daily Mail, he was imprisoned for seven months in the late 2000s on suspicion of theft.
Emma meant to return to school when the baby was delivered, so she said at the time, “I don’t know where Sean is or what he is doing.”
“I don’t think talking about it helps Ben, so I don’t want to talk about it anymore.”
At five, the world’s youngest mother
Eighty-two years ago, Lina Medina was just five years old when she gave birth in Peru.
The youngest mother in history gave birth in 1939 at the age of five to Lina Medina, a Peruvian lady.
Medina, who was 89 years old, was afflicted with a disease called “precocious puberty,” which causes puberty to begin earlier than typical. Someone under eight is considered “precocious.”
The father’s identity remains unknown to the public.
Her father was imprisoned on incest allegations, but he was eventually released due to inadequate evidence.
Legal action is unlikely to be taken against teenage couples of similar age who have consensual sex in the UK when under the legal consent age of 16.
However, it’s against the law to engage in any s****l behavior with kids younger than 13.
